Return Eligibility
Products may be returned if:
- Incorrect product received
- Damaged or defective product received
- Wrong size delivered by our team
Return Request Period
Customers must raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Used products
- Washed garments
- Products without original tags
- Customized products
Refund Process
Once the returned item is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
